Overview: Located in the lively town of Sosua on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, Casa Marina Beach and Reef is an all-inclusive resort built on a private reef. Wrapped on three sides by lush green mountains, Sosua Beach is a picture-postcard crescent bay with some of the bluest and calmest water in the Caribbean. Casa Marina Beach and Reef is two resorts in one: the Reef and the Beach. Newer and expansive, the three-story Reef resort is fronted by an old, cliff-like coral reef that houses sunning terraces and three, 12-person cool-water spas overlooking the sea. By contrast, the four-story Beach resort is fronted by a large, calm-water beach, which includes many palm trees for shade and a childrens playground.
