Book your Spring or Summer Vacation package between March 29th and April 30th, 2013 for departures between June 1st, 2013 and August 31st, 2013 and claim your PRICE DROP 7 days prior to departure. You can now take advantage of Red Tag's Price Drop Assurance on 3 Star or greater Hotel or Resort Packages for June, July and August vacations.

If the price on your package drops after you've booked, we will reimburse the difference. Look for the Price Drop Assurance icon on all applicable Vacation Packages.

How the Claim Procedure Works

Submitting a Claim:

  • Step 1: Using our search engine, begin a search for the exact same pre-packaged vacation you have already booked with us. Enter the destination, departure city, hotel and both departure date and duration.

  • Step 2: Find your package (same tour operator, date, duration, flight itinerary (same airports, times & flight numbers, class of service), room category and meal plan (ex: All-Inclusive, etc.). Please pay special attention to your class of service (example: Class N or Class X) in your flight itinerary for all of your flights as they sometimes vary.

  • Step 3: Click BUY NOW to verify the price.

  • Step 4: Once you have confirmed the passenger information, you will continue on to the Vacation Package Details page where you will find the verified price of the vacation package and the PRICE DROP ASSURANCE link on the side panel. Claim the Price Drop (click button) and fill out the claim form that will pop up on your screen.
