WestJet will be Flying to four Sun Destinations from Hamilton International Airport this Winter

WestJet’s new seasonal nonstop service from Hamilton begins Feb. 15 and runs through April as follows to new destinations: Fort Lauderdale two flights per week, Tampa two flights per week and Nassau one flight per week. Service to Orlando expands from one flight to three flights a week.

“This is great news for hi,” said John Gibson, vice president, marketing. “WestJet’s new service announcement is proof that we are growing more destinations than ever before.” Hamilton International has been attracting new services out of Hamilton over the past year with the expansion and upgrade of the International Arrivals Hall, to be completed December 2007, with the new Duty Free Retail Store and Foreign Exchange Booth both in operation now.

“We’re now serving even more destinations than ever before and, as always, Hamilton International offers those travelling a friendly, hassle-free experience,” said Richard Koroscil, president & CEO.
