WESTJET REFUND.
Dear valued client, We are pleased to advise that we will be processing all eligible WestJet Vacation refunds and have important information for you below. Please note the following:
- Refunds will only be processed for clients whose flights were cancelled by WestJet Vacations.
- We will contact the passenger on file for all necessary information.
- To keep this process seamless, we ask you to please not contact us and wait for our call from a company representative. A call from one of our team members could take up to 90 days as we are contacting clients in a priority sequence. We appreciate your patience.
Information that you will need to provide is as follows:
- WestJet Vacations booking number
- Passenger name on file
- Email address registered to the applicable WestJet ID
- WestJet ID Number (WestJet ID numbers can be found on any communication you have received from WestJet Rewards)
- Account Holder Name
*If more than one person is on file, we will need the above information for all passengers. Additionally, if we do not receive all of this information when we call, it could, unfortunately, cause further delays in processing your refund. We aim to have all of this completed as quickly as possible. We kindly ask for your patience as refunds from WestJet Vacations take up to 90 days to process after obtaining the information we collect from you.
