Earn 16 Blue points for every $15 spent on your credit card on the cash portion of your eligible booking’s base fare. Gold members will earn 16 Blue points for every $10 spent and Onyx members will earn 16 Blue points for every $5 spent on eligible bookings.

Can I redeem Points or use my credit card to book a cruise through vacations.bluerewards.ca?
For every 14,352 points redeemed, you will get $100 towards your cruise booking**. You may use your valid credit card to pay the balance. Points cannot be redeemed for taxes, surcharges, fees, add-ons and port charges.

Will I be able to redeem my Points towards taxes for a cruise?
Points can only be redeemed towards the base price. Taxes, surcharges, fees, add-ons and port charges must be paid by credit card only.
Can I redeem any amount of points for my booking?
Blue Points must be redeemed in increments of 14,352 points, which converts to a cash value of $100 at a time.
Can I book a cruise using a deposit upfront?
No, at this time deposit payments will not be accepted when redeeming Points for cruise bookings. To be eligible to redeem Points on your booking, all cruise reservations made through vacations.bluerewards.ca require full payment at time of booking. Points cannot be redeemed for your deposit or for your administration fee.
How and when do I redeem my Points?
Blue points in increments of 14,352 Points must be redeemed at the time of booking. You cannot redeem Points to pay for any outstanding balance later on.
Can I redeem Blue points for excursion, onboard activities, gratuities, etc.?
No, you cannot.
Does it cost anything to redeem my Blue points?
When redeeming your Points online to make a cruise booking, there is a non-refundable processing fee of $30 CDN (plus HST). If you make your reservation over the phone with a redtag.ca travel agent, there will be a processing fee of $50 CDN (plus HST).
Who should I contact if I want to make a change, modify, or cancel my cruise booking?
Contact a cruise specialist at 1-866-973-3824 who will assist you with changes to our booking if these are permitted by the supplier. Please note change fees may apply.
What happens if more than one person on my reservation is a Blue Rewards member?
Only one Member number can be applied when redeeming Points on a booking. The same Member number will earn the applicable Points on the qualifying booking.
How long will it take for the Points I earn to appear in my Account?
It can take up to 120 days from the date of travel for Points to be posted to your collector account. Please note, Points for Gold and Onyx Members will be posted in two separate transactions.
What happens if I must cancel my cruise?
Cancelled reservations may result in penalties according to the supplier’s Terms & Conditions. Cancellations will also result in a recalculation of Points issued. It is always recommended that you purchase insurance to protect your vacation investment.
Are there any minimum age requirements for cruise bookings?
The minimum age to sail alone in a cabin is 21 years. Families travelling together and booking multiple staterooms should take extra care to book at least one adult over the age of 25 years in each cabin to ensure reservations are successful.
How will I know how many Points I have and/or have used?
You can find the Points balances by logging into your Member account at bluerewards.ca. Points can be redeemed in increments of 14,352 to receive $100 off your cruise. Both the Points you earn and the Points you use (if applicable) will appear in your Member account under “Transaction History”.

Is airfare included in my cruise booking?
No, airfare is not included in your cruise booking. It must be purchased separately.
How do I book my airfare to connect to my cruise booking?
You can purchase airfare at bluerewards.ca by redeeming your Points, using a valid Credit Card, or a combination of both.
How far in advance should I book my flight?
It is our recommendation that you research your flight at the time of booking your cruise in order to ensure availability of both. We also recommend double-checking embarkation and debarkation time requirements prior to booking your flights to ensure you provide yourself with enough time to get between the airport and the ship.

If you must cancel your trip due to a risk covered in the insurance policy, your Blue points will be reinstated in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the policy.

If I already purchased a US Park Ticket, will my ticket be honoured?
Yes, if you purchased a US Park Ticket, your ticket will be honoured. Upon completion of your booking, you would have received an instant email confirmation. Within 48 hours or 2 business days, a voucher with your confirmation number and details and instructions on how to pick up your ticket(s).
