I absolutely LOVED this hotel!!! I would rate 5 stars if not for the spa experience. The service was "excellenté". My favorite restaurants were THE GRILL where SERGIO provided the BEST customer service (he went out of his way to get a dish they didn't serve from another restaurant on the property for my boyfriend) and hands down the Japanese restaurant. My only complaint is that the spa is grossly over priced for the services offered. The women didn't seem knowledgeable of their craft, the facility lacked regular spa amenities like a steam room and sauna, plus there was a slight odor...WAY OVERPRICED for not so good service. We paid $180, using the only 2 vouchers from the voucher book because they wouldn't allow you top apply all 4 at once, for a rub not massage and full body was 90% shoulders even after being redircted and she spoke perfect English. Aside from that, very nice experience. We stayed in an Altitude Ocean Front room in building 2 and it was pretty awesome! Forgot to get pics before unpacking all of our junk. Lol!

Our family spent the first week of June At Krystal Grand Los Cabos. We had a great time! Beautiful grounds, pools and oceanfront location. Hats off to Aurillio at the Risotto Italian restaurant and Victor at The Grill, you can’t ask for better service. We would return in a heartbeat.

I was really nervous about our trip before arriving based on other reviews. When we arrived, I was so pleasantly surprised. We were greeted with a refreshing drink, check in staff was wonderful, and Nathalee gave us an amazing room with ocean views. We visited through our time share and stayed for a full week. Our rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Blanca was the lady that cleaned our room and she was so friendly and on top of any need we had. The wait staff was phenomenal at the buffet and the restaurants we visited. There were so many good waiters that I just forgot their names but Iveth was one of them. Our pool waiter was attentive and made sure he checked on us throughout the day, our bellies were full and the drinks didn't stop coming. Food: Presentation on the plates was exceptional and the taste of food was amazing. We were not able to book a hibachi table but hope to go back soon! Our favorites were the Italian and the beach side grill. Dishes at the restaurants are not your average American dishes which I liked. We were able to try new things rather than the usual stuff found in restaurants here. There were no kid menus but most restaurants made accommodations for our son. The buffet was very good and had a little bit of everything for all of our family. The hotel was always clean and well kept. We had a facial and full body massage and the staff was wonderful. Sugay did my massage and was top notch! We did have a couple of minor issues in our room but they were addressed quickly. The only downsides: you're issued a pool towel card and have to keep up with it or pay $25. (That felt a little steep if you lost it since a towel can't really cost that much money), we had sheer curtains in our room so we weren't able to sleep in, A/C didn't get as cold as we would have liked. Again, all of the issues that could be changed were and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We traveled with a party of 8 and everyone left feeling very refreshed and relaxed. There are some reviews that really scared me but if you think you are going to the Hilton in America, you're not. We spent our day at the pool and doing excursions. Whether or not something was perfect in our room wasn't a priority to us. The all-inclusive is worth it! Also, book a car, a taxi is expensive!! You're about 30 minutes from Cabo San Lucas and a taxi for 8 was $50 one way. Thrifty car rental is at the hotel and they were very accommodating and inexpensive. When you arrive at the airport, walk through the first group of people offering you a taxi unless you want to go to a time share presentation. (No matter what they tell you, they are lying. It's a timeshare presentation!)

I'm not sure what other reviewers are used to, but this was easily the nicest all-inclusive I've ever experienced. My sons, ages 8 and 11, loved it as much as my husband and me. Room was very clean and comfortable. My only "complaint" is that the $200 pp. upgrade to a suite we opted for seemed to perhaps offer more space, but was a studio with only 2 full beds & a pull-out couch. Highly recommend!
