How to Claim Your Price Drop Assurance
Step 1: Book a qualified WestJet Vacations package with redtag.ca. You must opt-in to Price Drop Assurance at the checkout page at the time of booking. Customers who do not pay the $25 non-refundable fee per adult will not qualify for Price Drop Assurance.
Step 2: Return to redtag.ca and search the exact same package (The package must have the same departure date, duration, supplier, flight carrier, flight numbers (departure & return), class of service, hotel, room category must be identical to the room category booked and meal plan as the Qualifying Trip. The price drop must be displayed on redtag.ca at the final checkout page and must be available at the time of claim. Price drops provided by any competitor websites do not qualify and will not be accepted).
Step 3: If you find it at a lower price, take a screenshot and complete the claim form below including uploading your screenshot proof by November 16, 2025.
Step 4: Our team will verify your submission within 3 business days. All claims (successful or not) will receive an email notification..
Step 5: Once approved, you’ll receive up to $600 in redtag.ca Future Travel Credits per couple* applicable on a WestJet Vacations getaway.

The Price Drop Assurance program (also referred to as "PDA" in these documents) is governed by the terms and conditions set out below as well as the redtag.ca. Terms and Conditions on the redtag.ca website and set out in your booking invoice. Any terms not defined below have the meanings provided in the redtag.ca Terms and Conditions. "Customer" means an individual that has purchased a Qualifying Trip from redtag.ca.
"Qualifying Trip" refers to one of the products listed in Schedule "A", purchased for an adult from redtag.ca (and paid in full at the time of the PDA booking) during the offer period and for the departure dates specified in Schedule "A".
How the Price Drop Assurance Program Works:
Price Drop Assurance allows our customers the opportunity to receive a portion of their travel costs back in the form of a future travel credit by permitting the Billed Customer(s) a one-time future travel credit of up to $300 per qualifying adult traveller, to a maximum of $600 per booking on a qualifying WestJet Vacations trip.There will be a $25 administration fee per adult to qualify for Price Drop Assurance. The maximum amount that can be claimed is $300 per adult. If the new vacation package final price (before taxes and fees) advertised on the redtag.ca website for the same Qualifying Trip (which has been booked and paid in full) falls in excess of $50 (or more) less than the amount paid by the Billed Customer(s), redtag.ca will refund the pricing difference in the form of a redtag.ca future travel credit applicable on a WestJet Vacations pre-packaged vacation up to a maximum of $300 per qualifying adult fare involved in the original qualifying Trip booking. The redtag.ca and WestJet Vacations future travel credit will be valid for 1 year from the date it is issued.
Claims for PDA adjustments less than $50 will not qualify. One redtag.ca future travel credit (covering the differences of all possible adult fare(s), will be issued to the Primary passenger on the file upon verification of the claim. Only applies to qualifying WestJet Vacations pre-packaged vacations listed on the redtag.ca website. Limit one Price Drop Assurance claim per booking. The first valid claim submitted will be the only claim considered for review
SCHEDULE A:
Qualifying vacation packages for this promotion are exclusively provided by WestJet Vacations. In order to be eligible for the PDA program, pre-packaged vacations from this supplier must have the PDA icon and it must be booked between September 22 to October 12, 2025 for travel departing between October 20, 2025 to April 30, 2026. Special supplier vouchers (such as but not limited to future travel vouchers provided by WestJet Vacations) may not be used in conjunction with the PDA program. Not combinable with Tour Operator/Third Party Price Drop Programs such as but not limited to WestJet Vacations Price Drop Guarantee.Not combinable with any other offer or discount.
The minimum purchase price on applicable vacation packages is $1299.00 before taxes and fees per person booked (on adult fares only). The applicable minimum purchase price does not include insurance or add-ons.
Group bookings, WestJet Vacations Quebec, child rates, or e-packages (flight & hotel) do not qualify for PDA. Deviation bookings do not qualify for PDA.
A "Deviation Booking" is defined as a booking with significant changes in a vacation package that was originally eligible for the Price Drop Assurance program. Such changes, alterations or additions include but are not limited to; passengers departing from separate gateways, passengers with different stays of duration, one passenger booking land only, air extensions, special requests, etc.
The Price Drop Assurance program is not combinable with other redtag.ca exclusive offers or promotions, unless otherwise stated.
How to Qualify for PDA
At the time of booking, the booking must be paid in full and the customer must opt-in for Price Drop assurance plus pay a non-refundable fee of $25 per adult. To qualify for PDA, the New Listed Price on the vacation on redtag.ca must have the same departure date, duration, supplier, flight carrier, flight numbers (departure & return), class of service, hotel, room category must be identical to the room category booked and meal plan as the Qualifying Trip. The price drop must be displayed on redtag.ca at the final checkout page and must be available at the time of claim. Price drops provided by any competitor websites do not qualify and will not be accepted.The new advertised price will be compared against the invoice of the original Qualifying Trip booked by the Customer. Customers are solely responsible for researching package prices and initializing PDA claims online. The PDA will automatically become null and void should any changes be made to the original booking.How to Initiate a Claim for PDA
Customers must visit redtag.ca/pda-claims and follow the instructions outlined on the landing page. By filling out the details on the claims page, a Customer's claim is automatically submitted electronically to redtag.ca. All claims must be submitted by November 16, 2025. redtag.ca reserves the right to request original documentation from the Customer as part of its verification process of the PDA claim. All claims (successful or not) will receive email notification. Claims will only be accepted through the online claim form and information will be electronically captured by redtag.ca and reviewed within approximately 3 business days. Successful claimants and non-qualifying claimants will be contacted by redtag.ca through regular email channels shortly thereafter. The comparable price on the lower priced vacation will only be considered if the new trip price is published on the redtag.ca website and available at the time of verification. The determination of whether the PDA requirements have been met is within the sole discretion of redtag.ca.Invoice Payment Terms
To qualify for a claim, the invoice for the Qualifying Trip shall be paid in full at the time of booking. All payments are final. Additional fees added on to the customer's travels (taxes, insurance, change fees, seat selection and other add-ons/expenses) and the non-refundable $25 per adult Price Drop Assurance opt-in fee will not be considered as part of the original total cost paid by the Credit Card Holder/ Billed Customer. Claims only apply to the original, confirmed pricing.Valid Claim
Once the Customer has initiated the PDA claim request to redtag.ca and if redtag.ca determines that a PDA adjustment applies, a notice will be sent to the email address that is located in the Client Information section of the invoice, shortly after the 3 business day claim review period (approximately 3 business days). The refund will be made in the form of redtag.ca future travel dollars applicable on a WestJet Vacations pre-packaged vacation valid for 1 year from the date the voucher is issued and emailed to the email address as detailed in the Client Information section of the invoice. PDA future travel dollars will be issued approximately 14 days after the return of the customers vacation. Bookings that are cancelled prior to departure are not eligible for a PDA claim. Any modifications to the original booking before and/or after the claim is made will nullify any PDA claim. PDA Claims may only be made once. Additional PDA claims will not be considered.Miscellaneous
You agree that PDA does not constitute insurance, and your right to receive a claim is not dependent upon or linked to any actual loss that you may suffer.
