    • For example: the flight itinerary, hotel, trip length, and tour operator must be the same period

  • Tour operator pricing errors will not be applicable with this offer.
  • Price matching only applies to new bookings only and cannot be retroactively applied once the booking is complete.
  • Group bookings are not applicable.

  • Price matches exclude any promotional codes and discounts or added value incentives from the Competitor(s) and tour operators.

  • You'll need to provide evidence of the competing offer, such as a screenshot, link, or other verifiable information showing the same travel package at a lower price.

  • We typically verify price match requests within 24 hours, but it may take up to 48 hours during peak times. Our team will work as quickly as possible to process your request.

  • No, the price match guarantee only applies to new bookings before they're confirmed. It cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings.

  • Price matching applies to vacation packages offered by our partnered tour operators: Air Canada Vacations, Hola Sun Holidays, Signature Vacations, Sunquest Vacations, Sunwing, Transat Holidays, and WestJet Vacations.
