Cards are valid/ can be redeemed on new bookings only
Red Tag gift cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash value and are non-refundable
Red Tag Vacations is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards
Red Tag Vacations gift cards have no expiry date
Gift card numbers must be presented at time of booking. Gift cards cannot be retroactively applied once a booking is complete
Gift cards are only valid/redeemable on Flights, Vacation Packages and Cruise bookings only
Red Tag gift cards cannot be used on hotel reservations, car reservations or event tickets
Red Tag Vacations is not responsible for incorrect address submissions at purchase time, so please ensure your contact and shipping information is correct
Shipping of Red Tag gift cards is free. The average period for shipment delivery are within 48 hours for Ontario residents and 72 hours for Canadian residents in other provinces. Shipment delivery times may change.

Redeeming your Gift Cards
Red Tag gift cards can be redeemed in person at our Mississauga office, Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm EST or by calling 1-866-573-3824 and speak to one of our Travel Consultants.
The gift card amount will be applied as payment towards your reservation at source. You will be required to pay the remaining balance in full (if any) at the time of booking.
