This is to let you know how amazed I am by the service that your company provides to it's customers. I would specifically like to praise one of your employees in particular, Mr Bashir Rajput who has gone well above and beyond my expectations in providing excellent customer service!

We originally booked a trip to St Lucia to stay at the Almond Morgan resort, through Mr Rajput. We were actually looking forward to a relaxing and quite vacation to celebrate our anniversary as we hadn't been away for quite some time (having been through a rough year, after the loss of our son-in-law).

We mentioned to our friends that we had booked a trip to St Lucia, through Reg Tag Vacations and that we were really looking forward to a break from reality!

Some friends of ours asked if we had looked at the hotel reviews (which we hadn't), and suggested that we should. I was very disappointed to see that a good 95% of the reviews were negative! Needless to say we were already regretting a trip we hadn't even left for yet!

I called Mr Rajput two days after having booked with him and explained the situation. I couldn't believe the extent & trouble he went through with Air Canada to see if it would be at all possible to change resorts. I stayed on HOLD for quite sometime, but was more than well rewarded with his tenacious service!

Not only was he able to upgrade to a new property location (while keeping me informed and confirming what I would prefer, while I was on hold), but he also went beyond that and booked both our room and our seats on our flights!!!

Please be aware that before booking any future vacations, we will absolutely be reviewing and/or calling Red Tag Vacations for any vacation bookings!

This is the second time I have booked with Redtag; the former time I booked online only.

Patty went above and beyond the call of duty in helping my extended family book our Mayan Riviera vacation.  To give only a few examples, as there are many, I have an infant son, and Patty called the airline to see if a skycot was available for him, contacted the hotel to see if a crib would be available and even let me know what kind of insurance coverage I had on my credit card to ensure that I was adequately covered.  She then contacted the insuring agency to ensure that my son would also have insurance even though he didn't require a paid ticket. 
I could go on, but the email would be too long!

I would like to draw your attention to one of your employees who I have been dealing with over the past few days. I am sorry I do not know her last name, but her first name is "Dawna."

My wife and I have been surfing the net looking for a March Break Vacation package to Disney. On Monday, November 05, we happened upon your website and found the best price we could find for a Disney vacation package that included airfare accommodations, and Disney passes. However we did not book our vacation at that time, choosing instead to continue to surf the web and try to find the best possible deal.

On Tuesday evening, November 06, we decided that your company had the best offer, and we went to book our vacation on line but found that it appeared to be sold out. We decided to call your toll free number and see if there still might be anything available.

A woman who identified herself as Dawna took my call. I sensed immediately that I was in good hands. She was professional and extremely helpful to me in attempting to meet my family's vacation needs. Even though the flight for the package deal to Orlando was sold out, she persisted in trying to find a way to get us the vacation package we wanted. At one point she had me on one telephone, and at the same time she was talking to a representative of the Charter company on another telephone.

She was in the process of finalizing our flight plans when we discovered that we could get a similar package for a better price with your company, by flying out of Moncton New Brunswick, instead of Halifax, NS. We telephoned her direct line, which she had provided to me, and left a detailed message asking if we could take the Moncton package, even though she had worked tirelessly to try to make Halifax work!

She called me back this morning and in very short order, all arrangements are made!

This trip is a Christmas present from my wife and I to our children, and when my wife heard that we had a vacation booked, she was extremely happy.

I wanted to pass along my appreciation to your company, and to Dawna for her excellent customer service. I am a supervisor at the Nova Scotia Community College, and I know first hand that customer service skills are a corporate asset that is worth its weight in gold...and your employee Dawna exemplified that throughout our contact.

We booked late one afternoon, and immediately received an email confirmation from you. Then while we were having supper  less than one hour later, your agent telephoned to discuss the booking and make sure any questions were answered. The tickets and visa were at the airport just as promised, our flights were great (Cubana) on time both ways, and the Hola Sun rep was there as promised helping with transfers and info at the hotel. We couldn't have asked for anything more!  The hotel was just right for what we wanted--a last minute week in the sun, relaxing and all-inclusive--and we have no complaints whatsoever.

People had told me that while I might get better prices when I book online I wouldn't get any customer service. There was an issue with the hotel we had booked, so I contacted your reps, but really wasn't expecting too much assistance. I was pleasantly suprised as all three of the ladies did go to bat for us with Air Transat and saved us over $700.00 on our vacation. (I dealt with all three due to their work schedules). Please let them know how much we appreciate the assistance they offered us, and I hope you'll put this in their employee files. Gregg and I just got back from Playa Costa Verde in Cuba, and I must thank you very much for recommending this resort!  It was lovely.  The people were amazing, and the beach was exceptional.  Just as you remembered, there are great coral reefs for snorkelling right from the beach.  The food was even good, which in Cuba is a bonus!  I must also tell you that even in all of the traveling I have done, Sun Wing was terrific.  I can’t remember the last time I had a complimentary hot meal, glass of champagne and even wine with dinner on a flight.  Just wonderful!

We are thinking about going back there to get married within the next year, I will be sure to contact you directly to book that trip. We will probably go for 2 weeks this time!

I had recently purchased a trip Winnipeg to Chicago with Red Tag Vacations. Admittingly I was a little hesitant as this was my first booking online.

My husband and I are looking for a once in a life time vacation with our two children. We have begun to save money to take a holiday sometime next year. This is our first time booking a holiday outside of Canada in a long time. I have phoned other companies and but since we are not leaving until Winter 2007, I have found them not as helpful as they could be. I happened to stumble onto your web site, and am thankful I did. In my personal experience, I have tried a couple of different internet travel agencies but the one I always go back to and have the best experience with is Redtag.ca. I always ask for Larry Masci ext'n 2032. He has worked really hard to get us the best prices, seats, etc.

You have lots of time before your trip so I suggest that you investigate a few sites and then give him a call. He is very honest and straightforward. He will tell you just what he is able to do for you.

Well we're back and had a great time. The Decameron is a wonderful resort with friendly staff and excellent service. In our conversation you had told me that it was a nice resort and that you felt confident promoting it. Well it was everything and more, just as you said.

We were well taken care of the minute we stepped into Pearson Int'l Airport Our tickets were waiting at the Air Transat counter just as you had said they would be and the hotel package was waiting for us upon our arrival in Montego Bay.

I would like to thank Terry for the help he was when we were booking our vacation, I had never booked on-line before and was a bit nervous to do so but it was great. Our tickets were at the airport for pick-up and we had no problems at all. Also when we arrived in Montego Bay we were informed by the stewardess that we had been flown down there by the president of skyservice airlines which was kinda cool.

I should add that the way B/A handled the booking was fantastic. On booking in I explaineed to them that we were going over for a funeral and we would be going right from the airport to the funeral parlour and directly from there to the church for the service. I asked if there was any possibility of an upgrade. Their reaction was super, we did get it and not only that but they insisred we eat in their lounge, and as a result we were able to sleep all the way over. When we arrived in London, while waiting for our connection to Dublin, we were able to shower etc.

On the way back the service was equally good (no upgrade mind you) but they were really great. I would travel with them again anytime.

I just wanted to let you know that we recently came back from a trip we booked with Nadine. She was most patient with us while we looked at the various possibilities associated with our last minute trip. We booked on a Friday were sipping margaritas on Monday. Nadine found us a great hotel and an all inclusive package at a great price.

Our kids had a great time as well. Please make sure Nadine gets the recognition she deserves. Also, the local tour representative for Conquest was a fellow named Joel Urrutia, who works for Lomas Travel. Joel was at the hotel (Crown Paradise Club) every day and was most helpful to us. If you can pass this information onto Conquest so they in turn can let Lomas know, that would be very much appreciated. We booked a dolphin swim through Joel and our kids had the time of the lives.

I just want to take minute to bring to your attention the service provided to me by Juliana Garcia. Ordinarily, our travel plans are made through our local agency, however, when I started searching prices I could save over $200 per ticket booking through Red Tag Vacations! I was skeptical though - I've never purchased anything online or over the phone - not of this magnitude anyway. Sounds backwards I know, but here in rural Saskatchewan we have a lot of catching up to do. Juliana has been wonderful to work with - she's cheerful, upbeat, personable and provides prompt, efficient and courteous service. She has been very reassuring and certainly I have the feeling that she wants this to be a vacation our whole family will treasure. I wanted to send a letter to you to let you know that Mr. Sam takes the above statement very seriously and is providing service that not only exceeded our expectations, but is of a level never experienced before. Our extended family is currently preparing to leave on a vacation to Barbados that is involving a number of people from across the country. My wife, Corinne happened upon Redtag.ca and fortunately was connected to Mr. Sam. The booking process was exceptionally smooth.

Now the story becomes interesting as one of our family members has become seriously ill and has required hospitalization and surgery. Obviously we had to start altering our original plans. Sam's consummate professionalism not only alleviated the potential for stress and anxiety on our part, but he was able to accommodate our constantly fluctuating needs to ensure travel arrangements were made quickly and efficiently. While other family members were dealing with other agencies and experiencing a long list of roadblocks and frustration, Sam ensured that our needs were met and our questions and concerns taken care of.

I have no doubt in my mind that your operation will flourish as long as you are able to attract and retain individuals of Sam's calibre. He has single handedly brought a family of over twenty three individuals and all their associated contacts, all of whom travel a great deal, directly to Redtag.ca's door. Recently used your website for a last minute package to Puerta Vallarta. Just wanted to let you know that it was perfect. We would probably go back again!

The real reason I'm writing you is to let you know that Steve was great help to assist in the decision making process and ensuring that our file was taken care of. There was a slip up in getting our invoice to us, but he (and others) followed up very thoroughly to ensure that it was complete. He was helpful, professional and helped us make the right choice. We'd use him again, in fact I have recommended him to 2 other people.

He also spent lot of time with my in-laws to try to get them into the place, but they could not for technical reasons. Again, very helpful!



I am sending this note to thank Sunwing tours and Redtag for the incredible service my travel companion and I received after Jetsgo ceased operations. We were in Varadero Cuba and scheduled to return on March 13 via Jetsgo. Within 24hrs we were rescheduled on aZoom airlines flight for March 14th with any additional hotel charges covered by Sunwing.

With all of the horror stories I am now hearing since returning home, I realize we were very lucky to have received such exemplary service and you can be sure I will use Redtag again in the future.

Would also like to thank Terry Lowe for his help with booking the trip as well as the help that he provided for our friend Megan as she was trying to get information on our return flight.

I just wanted to thank you and your supervisor Manuela for the outstanding service you have provided over the last two days. As you know I was booking Flights to London for both my mother and myself, I failed to tell you however that I was continuing on to Belfast, Northern Ireland to deal with a family emergency. In my haste to get things settled I failed to notice that my mothers return flight from London required her to fly out at 8:50 a.m. on January 31st which left me unable to get her a connecting flight which would have got her there on time. When I called to inform you of my flight, both yourself and Manuela went above and beyond the call by having Air Transat wave their fee to make the necessary flight adjustments. Bashir to be truthful I had never heard of Redtag before this trip and will not hesitate to use your services in the future as you are a true professional who obviously cares about his clients needs.

Just a note to say "Thank You" for your help in booking our holiday recently. We flew Air Canada to Veradero, Cuba on a two week vacation, arriving home on Saturday. We were pleased with your service during the booking process. You were efficient and helpful with our questions. The tickets arrived by courrier on the day stated. We arrived at the airport early and were seated in the Comfort Class - wide seats were a real treat; very comfortable!! We are beleivers in passing on a good thing to friends and family,and have already suggested you to others that we met in Cuba.

My girlfriend and I had an absolute BLAST. We got there and it rained and I thought….CRAP….but that was just the first day…the rest of the week we had beautiful weather. And the rain day gave us the opportunity to meet people right from the start. By the end of the vacation we had 20 new friends, and the biggest dinner table at the buffet.

The resort was great, the service was great, the people were great. We made it into Havana and did a wonderful day trip. Our snorkling got cancelled due to water conditions…but everything else we planned came through in bright colours.

We sun soaked from early morning until dinner, and danced all night 'til 3. We were up until 6 am every night but Thursday after a beautiful trip to HAVANA. I owe Boz for linking me to you and I owe you for the great ( TERRIFIC) rate and suggestions. We had so much fun we are already contemplating another trip ,,,, maybe Mexico in April? Haaa I will let ya know.

My name is Marleen, and I just returned from a great Cuban Vacation; a fabulous week spent at a beautiful Varadero hotel. The whole trip was booked through Red Tag, and I just want to say that my boyfriend and I had a wonderful time.
