We are currently experiencing extended wait times due to the situation in Mexico. At this time some options offered, only departures to Puerto Vallarta, Guadalajara, and Manzanillo are affected, for dates through to February 27th and for Air Canada Vacations, February 28th.  These destinations are being prioritized. We will update our website and communications as the situation evolves.

We are experiencing high call volumes due to the situation in Cuba, which will extend wait times.

Regarding Cuba refunds, refunds continue to be issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for processing.


Cuba Cancellation updates:

  • WestJet Vacations (to Cuba): February 8–April 25, 2026 — We will contact you.
  • Air Canada Vacations: All Cuba flights cancelled until May 1, 2026. Refunds processed to original payment method; no action required.
  • Transat Holidays: All Cuba flights cancelled until April 30, 2026. Refunds processed to original payment method; no action required.
  • Sunwing Vacations: All Cuba flights cancelled until April 25, 2026. Refunds processed to original payment method; no action required.
  • WestJet Vacations Quebec: All Cuba flights cancelled until April 25, 2026. Refunds processed to original payment method; no action required.
  • Hola Sun Holidays: All Cuba flights cancelled until April 30, 2026. Refunds processed to original payment method; no action required.
